Job Description:

• Assist Physical Therapists with the implementation of treatment plans for patients with mobility and functional challenges

• Deliver therapeutic exercises and modalities to support patient recovery

• Monitor patient progress and document clinical observations

• Instruct patients and caregivers on follow-up home care routines

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support individualized patient outcomes

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the therapy department

• Adhere to safety regulations and facility procedures

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Active PTA license in the state of Oregon (or ability to obtain)

• CPR Certification

• Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitative setting preferred, but not required
