You will become a key member of their SAP team.
Your role will focus primarily on delivering data management and migration services to large clients implementing enterprise transformation programmes.
A secondary focus will be supporting practice development and mentoring team members to deliver exceptional client services.
Key Responsibilities Work with functional and business teams to scope and analyse data migration requirements, including analysis of source system data structures and data flows.
Act as the subject matter expert for master and transactional data, including areas such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Asset Management, and Customer/Supplier master data.
Design migration strategies and implement data migration frameworks aligned to programme architecture.
Support the migration of master and transaction data from legacy enterprise systems to modern platforms.
Design and document Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) routines, maximising automation and performance.
Build, test, execute and manage data migration routines, including data cleansing and enrichment.
Design and execute pre-load and post-load validation of migration results.
Manage error handling, reconciliation processes and advise on data quality improvements.
Support upgrades or implementations of data governance solutions.
Plan and execute migration mock cycles, rehearsals and cutover activities.
Provide post-go-live support and defect resolution.
Produce technical specifications and documentation.
Advise business stakeholders on data management strategy and governance.
Provide guidance and mentoring to other analysts and project team members.
Skills and Attributes for Success Strong technical understanding of enterprise systems and data management practices.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data modelling and ETL processes.
Project management skills including planning, execution and monitoring of data initiatives.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience mentoring and leading teams.
Ability to build strong client relationships and professional networks.
Required Experience 7+ years experience in enterprise data management or data migration projects.
Extensive experience with data cleansing and migration tools.
Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role.
Experience with data migration frameworks and transformation tools.
Experience working on large enterprise system implementations or upgrades.
Experience developing migration strategies, mapping specifications, data dictionaries and transformation guidelines.
Experience with customer and supplier master data transformation.
Desirable Experience Third-level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Relevant industry certifications.
Experience implementing master data governance frameworks.
Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools.
Experience working with senior client stakeholders.
