The Brickwork Foreman will be working on the apartments and be responsible for the brickwork faade on the project.
Requirements: Previous faade experience on site.
Brickwork experience Ensure that the faade sub-contractors are compliant to specification and contract conditions.
Ability to review the design, quality check installation and oversee fire compartmentation.
Attend design team meetings.
Experience of monitoring/ managing the scaffolding.
Demonstrate understanding of programme, material management and give examples of what they have previously been involved with.
Role: Brick construction, Roof weathering and finishes, Scaffold, loading bays, materials, etc.
Will report to Site Manager.
