Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Success Loyalty Program's Manager to design, implement, and manage loyalty, incentive, and recognition programs that drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction from a Client and Operations perspective. This role partners cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and IT to deliver customer-centric programs, analyze performance data, manage vendors, and support customer-facing initiatives such as product demonstrations and trade show participation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Program Design and Strategy
- Develop and refine loyalty and incentive program strategies aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals.
- Design customer-centric incentive programs, including reward structures, promotions, and engagement campaigns.
- Support Years of Service and recognition programs, including brochure development and fulfillment, from both sourcing and oversight perspectives.
Implementation and Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of loyalty and incentive programs, including planning, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Oversee the development and ongoing maintenance of program platforms, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, operations, and sales teams to ensure program alignment with overall company objectives.
- Assist with product demonstrations for prospects and clients as needed, supporting sales and customer engagement efforts.
Events and Tradeshows
- Attend industry tradeshows as required; assist with booth setup, teardown, and on-site product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure program messaging, materials, and brand presence are effectively represented at events.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage customer feedback and performance insights to continuously optimize program offerings and strategies.
Budgeting and Vendor Oversight
- Manage program budgets to ensure cost efficiency while maximizing customer value.
- Oversee vendors and sourcing partners to ensure quality, timelines, and brand standards are met.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years plus of relevant experience in program management,
