POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Provides administrative and clinical guidance for the effective implementation of nursing operations during assigned shifts. Serves as in-house administrative liaison for staff, patients, family and visitors.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required (Magnet). Master’s degree in nursing preferred. Two years recent nursing experience to include one year of supervisory experience is preferred.
LICENSURE Current RN license in the State of Texas is required.
