Join our dynamic team in Huntsville, Alabama, as a Fulfillment Associate! In this key role, you will be responsible for processing and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our logistics operations. You will work with a variety of products and contribute to the smooth running of our distribution center. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety , and all associates are required to wear appropriate PPE and follow established safety procedures. This position involves regular physical activity, including lifting and moving items.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify order accuracy and product quality before packaging.
- Package items securely to ensure safe transit.
- Stage orders for shipment and assist with loading trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies, including strict adherence to safety regulations and the mandatory use of PPE .
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets and support overall logistics .
- Perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse technology and basic logistics is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workspace and using required PPE .
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
