Join our dynamic logistics team in Colorado Springs as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to contribute to our fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the logistics industry and become a vital part of our operations. You will work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment. Your commitment to safety and productivity will be highly valued. We emphasize teamwork and encourage open communication to resolve any challenges. You will also be involved in inventory cycle counts and ensuring the accuracy of our stock.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and stock incoming warehouse inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided where necessary).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and operations.
- Utilize scanning equipment for inventory management.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job, including significant lifting (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
