We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Inventory Control Specialist to join our logistics team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This critical role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will oversee all aspects of inventory management, including cycle counting, stock rotation, discrepancy investigation, and system updates. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of warehouse inventory systems and procedures. Responsibilities include conducting regular physical counts, reconciling inventory records with system data, identifying and resolving stock discrepancies, and implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy. You will work closely with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of goods. Maintaining a safe work environment is paramount, and all employees must adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting and standing for extended periods. Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) software is highly desirable.
