POSITION SUMMARY
Provides leadership, daily supervision, and coaching to the National Branch staff to ensure efficient, effective service interactions with members who use EFCU’s various digital channels. Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations to support a sound risk management culture. Identifies opportunities to enhance and expand members’ banking relationships, products, and services.
