Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead a small crew of 1–3 team members. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily job site operations efficiently and professionally.

This is a full-time, year-round position , with work available through all seasons.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 1–3 team members
• Coordinate and complete daily landscaping tasks
• Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards
• Train and guide crew members on proper techniques and safety
• Operate landscaping equipment (skid steer, excavator, dump truck)
• Communicate professionally with clients when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in lawn care and/or landscape installation
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate standard landscaping equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
