*Job Overview*
Quality Network Solutions (QNS) is searching for a Network Administrator to join our growing team of technology support professionals. This position is ideal for an experienced candidate with two or more years of experience. The successful candidate will maintain and support our customers’ servers, desktops, laptops, network infrastructure, printers, and firewalls, and will also provide software and end-user support both onsite and remotely.
This position requires someone who is highly motivated, a self-starter, and a very good communicator. Travel to customer sites is required, and relocation may be necessary for consideration.
*Job Responsibilities*
* *System Maintenance: *Maintain networked computers (primarily Windows 11), including new installs, upgrades, and imaging.
* *Server Administration: *Assist with server administration (Windows Server 2019 & 2022), including Active Directory, group policies, backups, user management, scripting, and software deployment.
* *User Support: *Provide help desk support both onsite and remotely.
* *Other Duties: *Perform other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications*
* *Experience: *Experience managing Active Directory, including user accounts and group policies.
* *Education: *Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
* *Technical Skills: *Solid working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 11, Server 2019 & 2022).
* *Soft Skills: *Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills. Customer service experience is a plus.
* *Certifications: *Google IT Support Professional Certificate, A+ or MCP certification is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
