We are seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge in Chappell, Nebraska who is ready to lead with clinical excellence and a deep commitment to serving rural communities. *Duties*
* Oversee and ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
* Manage the day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory, and workflow.
* Provide exceptional patient care through accurate dispensing, counselling, and medication management.
* Mentor and manage team members (pharmacist, technicians, interns, etc)
* Implement quality assurance, safety, and performance improvement programs.
* Collaborate with physicians, family nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
* Support business growth through effective management of pharmacy services, including immunizations and clinical programs.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reporting.
* Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently, profitably, and in line with company goals.
*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
* Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Nebraska Board of Pharmacy.
* Minimum of 1 year of community or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Demonstrated understanding of pharmacy regulations and insurance billing.
* Commitment to excellence in patient care and team development.
*Compensation & Benefits*
* Hourly Wage: $65-$70 per hour
