We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with deep SAP experience to lead greenfield, end-to-end SaaS product implementations. This role will be responsible for driving the full project lifecyclefrom strategy and planning through deployment and post-go-live stabilizationwhile partnering closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of enterprise SAP knowledge, SaaS delivery expertise, and hands-on project leadership in complex, cross-functional environments. Skills and requirements: 7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Program Manager delivering enterprise technology initiatives Strong hands-on experience leading SAP implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud) Proven experience delivering SaaS-based, greenfield implementations from inception to production Solid understanding of SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., Activate) and SDLC principles Experience managing complex integrations, data migration, and multi-vendor delivery models Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences Experience working in Agile, hybrid, and/or Waterfall delivery environments Excellent organizational, risk management, and problem-solving skills
