- project support, potentially extensions 38.5 hours per week Pharma Industry Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote At Hays, we are working with a global Biopharmaceutical manufacturing company in North Dublin that requires an experienced Validation Specialist for project support.
The Validation Specialist will support business-as-usual validation activities across a mix of laboratory, manufacturing, equipment, and utility systems.
This position provides essential support to the Validation team while they focus on major site project work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated validation professional with experience in GxP environments to join a highly respected biopharmaceutical organisation.
Main Responsibilities: Performing business-as-usual validation activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Completing and supporting periodic validation reviews.
Reviewing and approving validation documentation, including Validation plans Protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) Reports Change controls Supporting ongoing maintenance of validated systems.
Ensuring all validation tasks are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Project teams.
Knowledge, abilities & experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in validation roles within a regulated environment.
Strong understanding of validation principles, regulatory expectations and GxP compliance.
Proven experience with validation activities across a regulated environment.
Familiarity with validation of laboratory systems, manufacturing equipment, utilities, and/or related systems preferred.
