- Fitout €90,000 DOE Dublin Region With a Fitout Contractor Background Our client are looking for a Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex construction projects from inception through to successful completion.
Skilled in managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating project stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities within fast-paced construction environments.
What's on offer Competitive Salary Pension Car Allowance Working with a Main Fitout Contractor Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple construction projects from initial planning and mobilisation through to completion and handover.
Ensure full compliance with all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) standards and relevant statutory regulations.
Develop, implement, and monitor detailed project programmes, ensuring works are completed in line with project timelines and key milestones.
Coordinate and manage onsite supply chains, ensuring materials, plant, and equipment are delivered on time and meet project specifications.
Chair and attend project meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Supervise and support site teams, subcontractors, and project staff to ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain programme targets.
Oversee subcontractor performance, resolving technical or operational issues and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
Manage project budgets, cost control processes, and reporting to ensure financial targets are maintained.
Coordinate with internal departments including planning, procurement, commercial, and engineering teams to support effective project delivery.
Ensure accurate project documentation is maintained, including progress reports, schedules, and quality records.
Maintain strong client communication and provide regular updates on project performance, progress, and key deliverables.
Key Skills Required Extensive experience in project management within the construction industry.
Experience working on projects in Ireland, with additional experience in controlled environments, data centres, and pharmaceutical facilities considered advantageous.
Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.
