The Core Automation Team is a driven and innovative group dedicated to implementing AI infrastructure and automation solutions that boost productivity, inspire innovation, and create a real impact for our customers. Our focus is on optimizing operations for customer support and compliance teams while providing outstanding customer experiences. As a Software Engineer on our team, you will be integral to this mission, leveraging advanced AI models, frameworks, tools, and extensive data sources, including blockchain data. Your efforts will help eliminate barriers to cryptocurrency adoption and shape the future of AI-powered customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: Utilize and explore cutting-edge GenAI techniques, including large language models (LLMs) and Agentic AI, to address complex challenges throughout the organization.
Drive project execution by managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables effectively through your technical expertise.
Develop high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Golang that meets critical product and business requirements.
Create scalable, secure systems using modern cloud technology and industry best practices.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to enhance system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Review and validate the security, scalability, and architectural integrity of feature designs across teams.
Build pipelines that integrate with third-party vendors to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in software engineering.
Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, with a solid grasp of micro-services architecture.
Proficient in writing high-quality, well-tested code that aligns with customer needs.
In-depth understanding of what comprises high-quality code and software engineering practices, with the ability to cultivate an environment that encourages these standards.
Strong skills in system design and coding.
A fervent desire to contribute to building an open financial system that connects the world.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, favoring an open and transparent cultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in navigating rapid company growth phases (e.g., from startup to mid-size).
Familiarity with GenAI frameworks/tools, Python, GoLang, Docker, Postgres, MongoDB.
A background in AI/LLM infrastructure is highly advantageous.

Depending on your work location, the target annual base salary for this position ranges from $152,405 to $179,300 USD. Total compensation may also include equity, bonuses, and benefits (such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
