As a Mechanical Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include: • Supporting the design of new and existing products, producing detailed mechanical drawings and 3D models • Contributing to engineering milestones and ensuring delivery to cost, quality and agreed timeframes • Applying engineering processes and standards to maintain regulatory, manufacturing and airworthiness compliance • Supporting production with technical investigation, problem solving and build issue resolution • As a Mechanical Design Engineer, your experience will include: • Experience of manufacturing and design processes within an engineering environment • Working knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD systems, or a strong willingness to develop these skills • Understanding of composite materials and associated manufacturing techniques • Experience with computer‑aided design software or PLM systems
