What You’ll Do
* Provide direct nursing care following care plans and physician orders
* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
* Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions
* Communicate with residents, families, and team members
* Support and collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary staff
* Ensure compliance with all policies and state regulations
What We’re Looking For
* Active RN or LPN license (required)
* Long-term care experience preferred—but we’re happy to train the right person
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Organized, dependable, and compassionate approach to care
