This hybrid role based in Houston, Texas, will support HCM analytics and reporting within the Oracle Fusion environment. The Contract Applications Analyst will be responsible for developing dashboards, reports, and data insights that support HR and payroll operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Oracle reporting tools and a strong understanding of HR and payroll processes in a complex healthcare or enterprise setting. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain HCM analytics, KPIs, and dashboard metrics to support HR and business leaders
Design and generate reports using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI
Support reporting and analytics within Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
Analyze HR and payroll data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards
Troubleshoot reporting issues and optimize performance of analytics tools
Document report specifications, processes, and system configurations
Support enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing system improvements
Requirements include:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion applications, specifically HCM analytics and reporting
Experience working in healthcare or large enterprise environments preferred
Experience collaborating with HR and payroll teams
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HCM analytics, KPIs, and dashboard reporting
Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI
Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
Certifications:
Oracle-related certifications preferred but not required
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of HR and payroll processes
Familiarity with Fast Formulas (payroll, absence, benefits) preferred
Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader) preferred
Understanding of data governance, reporting standards, and enterprise analytics frameworks
