We are currently seeking a Software Engineering Lead who can drive transformative projects and lead skilled teams to success. Key Responsibilities: Define clear project objectives and deliverables that are in line with strategic business goals. Maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and expectations. Utilize project management tools for effective planning, estimating, scheduling, and tracking across project timelines and milestones. Adopt industry best practices and innovative tools to enhance project execution. Prepare budget proposals and suggest adjustments when necessary. Create and deliver comprehensive progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and engaging presentations. Proactively manage project changes, recognize potential risks, and devise contingency plans. Encourage collaboration across teams to secure project success. Work closely with business stakeholders to effectively prioritize project demands. Assist team members in prioritizing tasks for efficient project execution. Prepare upstream and downstream teams for upcoming code promotion activities. Essential Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to succeed both independently and within a collaborative team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptable to changing priorities. Results-oriented with a sense of urgency to deliver impactful outcomes. Responsive to project changes and adept at managing necessary adjustments. Excellent communication skills for engaging various team members and stakeholders. Capable of interacting with a diverse range of participants, including management, clients, and cross-departmental teams. Proficient in researching project-related topics and emerging technologies. Quick learner with the ability to apply new technologies to improve project results. Strong prioritization and execution skills, particularly under pressure. Actively participates in training sessions, meetings, and presentations. Additional Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. 6-8 years of technical project management experience and a solid understanding of Agile Development Processes. Project Management Certification (PMP, CSM, CAPM) is highly preferred. Compensation:
At Public Consulting Group, we offer a competitive compensation package based on various factors, including role, skill set, and experience. The salary range for this position is $148,000 - $160,000. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental care, 401k plans, paid time off, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
