Job Description
This role requires a senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in end-to-end requirements gathering, functional decomposition, and documentation, along with deep experience supporting complex system and data integrations in regulated environments. The position emphasizes advanced data analysis and mapping skills, including SQL, ETL/EDI processes, data quality management, and the ability to translate business needs into precise technical specifications, test strategies, and traceable documentation. Success in this role depends on close collaboration with business, technical, QA, and vendor teams, strict adherence to security and privacy standards (PII/PHI, NIST), and the ability to lead testing, change control, and stakeholder communication across the full SDLC.
