Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Senior Advanced Provider Data Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our provider data management (PDM) processes. In this position, you will analyze and improve business processes, optimize performance, and ensure the integrity of critical provider information across all databases, particularly in relation to contracting, network management, and credentialing. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for PDM analysts, providing support and answering questions to ensure effective operations.
Lead and manage cross-functional projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to established timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, gather requirements, and translate them into detailed business and functional specifications.
Analyze complex health care data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that facilitate informed decision-making and process enhancements.
Evaluate current workflows and systems, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization while proposing innovative solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Create compelling presentations to communicate key metrics, performance indicators, and actionable insights to all levels of the organization.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on new processes, systems, and tools, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
Required Qualifications A minimum of 4 years of experience in business analytics, particularly in health care or customer/provider services, or a related field through equivalent education and experience.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Strong critical thinking capabilities and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) and relevant software programs.

Pay Range: $59,810.60 - $129,589.63 per year. *Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
