Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Senior Cloud Solutions Architect to lead our internal Product Team at SHI. In this critical role, you will design, deploy, and automate robust cloud infrastructures primarily within Microsoft Azure. As a technical leader, you will mentor junior staff, drive innovative technical initiatives, and collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and security teams to deliver reliable and cost-effective cloud-native solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage complex Azure cloud infrastructures that emphasize automation and scalability.
Architect reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules using Terraform.
Implement advanced automation solutions utilizing Python and Bash for effective resource management.
Develop shell scripts for orchestration and automation across Linux systems.
Optimize CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and GitHub Actions, including Groovy-based scripts and workflows.
Manage Docker and Kubernetes container environments to ensure smooth production deployments.
Lead incident responses, carry out root cause analyses, and implement preventive measures.
Troubleshoot complex issues across various technologies and frameworks.
Collaborate closely with software and DevOps teams to align functional requirements with secure and scalable solutions.
Establish best practices for cloud security, governance, and compliance.
Create comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams and automation workflows.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical expertise to team members.
Review and recommend updates to Azure services and tools related to automation and containerization.
Drive initiatives aimed at improving infrastructure efficiency and overall performance.

Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with a focus on:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure, including compute, storage, and networking components.
Expertise in designing and implementing Terraform modules for scalable IaC.
Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation frameworks.
Advanced Linux administration skills emphasizing performance and orchestration.
Willingness to travel for SHI, Partner, and Customer events.
Commitment to obtaining relevant Azure certifications within the first year of employment.
