Contribute to data models that link members to providers, enhancing current value-based initiatives and evaluating efficacy.
Ensure high-quality standards through peer reviews and collaboration with Business Intelligence associates.
Work alongside the finance team to model and analyze impacts of new VBP models.
Collaborate with diverse team members to successfully implement and operationalize new VBP models.
Monitor performance KPIs for VBP models to identify design improvement opportunities based on feedback and data.
Design Return on Investment (ROI) analyses for VBP initiatives using various data sources, like healthcare claims and HEDIS data.
Ensure data accuracy in program administration for new initiatives.
Troubleshoot data integrity issues and propose effective solutions.
Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
Proficient in SQL, SAS, and other data management systems.
Proficient in tools like Power BI and the DAX language for data visualizations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with senior and executive leadership.
Extensive experience handling large datasets in substantial organizations.
Adept at data analysis to resolve diverse business challenges and create impactful visual reports.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with healthcare-related data.
A strong commitment to enhancing consumer experiences.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Medicaid and Medicaid managed care.
Experience conducting claims data analysis for VBP model design.
Advanced degree in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Computer Science.
Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and predictive modeling.
Experience creating analytics solutions in diverse healthcare environments.
Work-At-Home Requirements: Reliable internet with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps is essential. A wired cable or DSL connection is preferred.
Satellite, cellular, or microwave connections require prior approval.
Employees in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will receive bi-weekly internet expense reimbursement.

Although this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be needed. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: The salary range for this position is between $89,000 and $121,400 annually, reflecting starting base pay for full-time employment. Actual pay may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
