Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of effective Salesforce solutions. In this strategic role, you will blend technical expertise with innovative ideas to align our technology with business objectives and Salesforce best practices. Acting as a trusted advisor for both internal teams and external clients, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements and develop customized solutions. As a key player in our Salesforce Center of Excellence, you will shape enterprise architecture and explore the latest Salesforce technologies across various industries. The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce architecture and development experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively across diverse audiences. This position offers significant influence throughout the organization, allowing you to shape our Salesforce strategy and drive innovation. You will work on enterprise-scale solutions and benefit from continuous learning through advanced training, collaboration, and the exploration of new Salesforce features and tools. Your contributions will be essential in transforming business operations through technology-driven customer engagement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Support architectural governance and compliance, helping to define principles, guidelines, and standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with business objectives. Evaluate and select the appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms. Lead the design and development of comprehensive solutions that meet business needs. Translate business and technical requirements into effective solution designs. Develop architectural blueprints in partnership with product owners and managers. Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams during implementation. Oversee project architecture and create strategic roadmaps for portfolio evolution. Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance to clients and internal teams. Conduct assessments of current Salesforce usage and create actionable recommendations. Engage with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and elicit business and functional requirements. Create prototypes and proofs of concept to validate solutions. Design and document secure, scalable data models across various Salesforce Clouds. Manage configuration, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and release activities. Support user story development with well-defined success criteria. Participate in solution reviews, recommending improvements for architecture and performance. Act as a release manager for Salesforce environments, ensuring efficient deployments. Lead project planning and scoping in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience required. At least five (5) years of relevant IT experience, including a minimum of two (2) years in architecture. Salesforce Solution Architecture Track certifications preferred. Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (LWC) required. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud preferred. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes preferred. Experience leading large-scale CRM implementations and data integration activities preferred. Industry experience in oil and gas is a plus. Skills Agile Methodology
