Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in recruiting and managing technical teams, overseeing performance management.
12+ years of relevant software engineering experience or PhD + 8 years, with a focus on technical management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 2 years of experience managing other managers, with 5 years leading technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience in the technical management of large-scale distributed systems.
