Keen to take the next step in your career, with ambition and long-term progression potential Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to interpret drawings and liaise with project engineers Previous experience within manufacturing (preferred but not essential – full training provided) Enthusiasm to learn about the composites industry, including materials, applications, and customer needs Excellent customer service skills, confident communicating both over the phone and face-to-face, attending meetings/trade shows, submitting bids, and negotiating prices. What will your role look like?
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver technical sales support by advising customers and managing quotations and orders, including those with additional requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams Produce quotations and manage the full sales process, including follow-up and order conversion Handle order management: processing, inputting, managing, and coordinating deliveries. Manage the office phone system using Navigate Pro Present products in a structured and professional manner Negotiate pricing, delivery, and specifications with customers and internally with production and quality teams Maintain accurate sales and order records, scanning and inputting information into AX and SharePoint Support new business opportunities and liaise with managers and production teams for contract negotiations and scheduling Ensure compliance with our Quality Management System (QMS) and contract review processes Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with customers in writing and verbally Secondary Responsibilities:
