Kidsource Therapy is hiring a *part-time pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR)* to serve children and families in our *Sheridan clinic area*! We’re looking for an OT who values collaboration with caregivers, enjoys variety in their day, and is passionate about helping children gain the skills they need to thrive.
This therapist will provide services in our *clinic, local daycares, and other natural environments*. A caseload will be ready after a smooth onboarding period, and *built-in time for documentation, planning, and travel* is included in your schedule.
Availability Requirement:Because many of our children need therapy after school, candidates must have at least three afternoons per week (approximately 3–5 p.m.) available. Only applicants who can meet this schedule will be considered.*Qualifications*
* Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible for Arkansas licensure)
* Commitment to *family-focused care* and caregiver education
* Enjoys a playful, practical approach to pediatric therapy
_(Please note: Due to the nature of this position, experienced COTAs are not being considered.)_
