*Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Westview Healthcare Center in California. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through personalized therapy plans and interventions, aligning with our mission of compassionate care.
*Responsibilities*
* Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients and families about treatment goals and progress.
* Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
* Participate in discharge planning and transition of care processes.
* Provide support for activities of daily living (ADLs).
* Stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy.
*Qualifications*
* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
* Strong knowledge of occupational health principles and practices.
* Experience working with diverse populations, including those with disabilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
* Familiarity with documentation standards and care planning processes.

Pay: $60.00 - $68.00 per hour
