OrthoNC is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing Therapy Team. This is a unique opportunity to thrive in a high-volume, collaborative environment. We pride ourselves on delivering individualized, high-quality care in a one-on-one patient care model with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation. Our clinic fosters a collaborative environment where therapists work closely with PTAs, Athletic Trainers, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
*What You’ll Do*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients, including post-op and total joint replacements.
* Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities based on evidence-based practice.
* Monitor patient progress, modify treatment as needed, and document care using Athena EMR.
* Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, home exercises, and post-op care.
* Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, ATs, and staff to ensure coordinated care.
* Participate in staff meetings, clinical education, and quality improvement efforts.
* Foster a positive, professional clinic environment with a focus on patient outcomes.
*What We’re Looking For*
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
* Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina
* Strong clinical skills in orthopedic outpatient care and manual therapy
* Quick-thinking, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
* Passionate about teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care
* Comfortable taking initiative, delegating tasks, and adapting to fast-paced settings
* A genuine interest in working with post-operative orthopedic patients, especially total joint replacements

* Starting salary: $75,000 based on years of experience
