About the Role
SNI Technology is recruiting for a
Business Applications Analyst - HCM
to support and enhance a Human Capital Management (HCM) platform for a Denver-based organization. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure the HCM system is optimized, reliable, and aligned with business processes.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on with system configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvement, while also serving as the primary point of contact for HCM-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for HCM applications Serve as the primary contact for system-related questions from HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders Configure and maintain HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management Coordinate system updates, patches, and releases with vendors and internal IT teams Analyze business requirements for new features, enhancements, and integrations Recommend and implement process and system improvements Lead or support HCM-related projects, including implementations and upgrades Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics while ensuring data integrity and security Create and update user documentation and training materials; conduct end-user training as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting HCM systems Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user support Proficiency in reporting and data analysis Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate information and reconcile differing perspectives Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with
Dayforce
(strongly preferred) Exposure to SQL, Articulate, or modern data platforms Vendor management experience related to incidents, upgrades, and training Experience with HCM integrations (payroll providers, benefits carriers, etc.) Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, or API integrations HCM platform certifications (e.g., Dayforce) Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills Ability to solve complex business problems and collaborate effectively across teams Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required
