Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Desktop Support Technician to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop and laptop hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the deployment and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers and software Provide in-depth troubleshooting and problem resolution including root cause analysis Work with IT team members to improve processes and resolve technical issues Assist with development and implementation of technical policies, procedures, and best practices REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree 4+ years of experience in desktop support position Working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems and applications Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Experience with network and infrastructure support PREFERRED SKILLS:
Certification in A+ or Network+
