Responsibilities
JIRA Configuration and Management: Collaborate with Central Ops to configure JIRA, ensuring full utilization of all its functions and capabilities. Service Desk Optimization: Expedite service desk changes and act as a strategic partner for DashMart to enhance system capabilities. Feature Integration: Identify and implement new JIRA features and automations to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Data Reporting:
Manage JIRA tasks, data reporting, and uploads. Act as the primary architect for the "Unified Central Support Service Desk." Build and maintain reporting metrics to ensure service levels are met at agent and queue levels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Central Ops and Atlassian teams on Priority 0 initiatives, such as Universal Escalation Pathways and Rich Data reporting. Systems Maintenance: Conduct ongoing maintenance of existing queues and requests to ensure optimal system performance. Request Consolidation: Identify opportunities to improve or merge existing requests to enhance the operator experience. Required Skills
JIRA Administration Experience: Proficiency in workflow management and advanced automations. Data Management: Ability to manage data effectively, with some to moderate experience in SQL (table construction, updating, querying). Technical Expertise: Familiarity with AppsScript is a plus. Relevant Experience: Roles such as JIRA Administrator, Technical Project Manager, Atlassian Administrator, JIRA Configuration Specialist, or JIRA Integration Specialist are highly desirable.
