Provide learning opportunities for college students to gain hands-on experience in desktop support, PC imaging, and end-user assistance. This internship supports the IT department's operations while building foundational knowledge and professional skills in a technical and customer-facing environment. Core Responsibilities Replace employee computers on a 3-year lease schedule, including imaging, configuring, and deploying machines. Communicate with end-users to ensure a smooth transition to new devices. Assist the Help Desk with email support, basic hardware and software troubleshooting, and walk-in customer service. Collaborate with other infrastructure teams such as Telecommunications, Networking, and Servers. Participate in meetings, training, and shadowing opportunities to develop professional competencies. Present project findings or deliverables at the end of the internship period. Currently enrolled in a two-year or four-year degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
