Job Summary:

As a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Analyst in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of user identity data within our organization. Working closely with application teams, you will validate user extracts, identify discrepancies, and contribute to strengthening the overall identity governance and security posture of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Governance and Oversight:

Manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Oversee the effectiveness of identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification.

Policy Development and Enforcement:

Develop, implement, and maintain governance policies and standards for identity and access management.

Ensure adherence to industry best practices and internal controls.

Access Review and Audit Support:

Coordinate and manage periodic access reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Respond to audit requests and provide necessary documentation for compliance audits, including SOX and SOC-related inquiries.

Metrics and Reporting:

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of governance initiatives.

Provide regular reporting on IGA governance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current IGA governance processes and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with technical and business teams to implement process optimizations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with business units, IT teams, and external auditors to ensure alignment on governance objectives.

Lead governance-related discussions during cross-functional meetings.

Incident Management and Risk Mitigation:

Investigate and remediate issues related to identity governance processes.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to access management.

Documentation and Training:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of IGA governance processes and frameworks.

Provide training and guidance to teams on governance policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications: At least 5 years of professional experience, with significant experience working as a BA on complex projects involving multiple cross-functional teams. Proven experience in identity governance, administration, or data validation. Familiarity with identity management tools and systems. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices. Experience using Visio and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle process improvement and understand the "big picture" of synergies. Comfortable running SQL queries and digging into project details—curiosity is key! Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and access certification processes. Experience implementing identity governance processes for both centralized and decentralized applications. Experience in creating metrics and dashboards. Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications in identity and access management or data governance.

Experience with identity and access management software such as SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft Identity Manager.

Certifications (if any):

Relevant IAM certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are preferred but not required.

Proactive in identifying areas for process efficiency improvements that positively impact both top and bottom lines. Excellent interpersonal skills for working with all levels of the organization.
