Senior Business Analyst

Soni's client is seeking an

IT Business Analyst

to join their growing IT team. This role bridges business needs with technology solutions, ensuring systems effectively support operational goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in analyzing, documenting, and testing system requirements, with expertise in backend systems and data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business requirements to design effective solutions. Develop user guides, process flows, and data flow documentation. Perform data analysis on large mortgage-related datasets. Test application outputs for alignment with business needs. Provide Tier 2 application support and resolve system issues. Collaborate with third-party vendors on system interfaces and integrations. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 5+ years as an IT Business Analyst or similar role. Expertise in gathering and documenting complex IT system requirements. Proficiency with tools like Visio, Jira, and Confluence. Knowledge of SQL, APIs, Agile methodologies, and SDLC processes. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in application support and troubleshooting.

Compensation:

$130,000 a year Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
