Your missionWe are looking for you to join us immediately as Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Talent Acquisition in our headquarters in Munich or in Berlin, in a hybrid working model.As Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of the Talent Marketplace Team and take responsibility for acquiring new freelancers ("Talents") who work as independent CX Agents on our SaaS platform - through data-driven performance campaigns. The goal of this key position is to sustainably scale the talent side of our marketplace by leveraging paid media, multi-channel marketing, and funnel optimisation - directly contributing to the growth of yoummday. Your SkillsetPerformance Marketing for Talent Acquisition: You will design and manage paid media strategies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, newsletters, etc.) with a clear focus on acquiring and sustainably activating new users for our SaaS platform in the form of freelance CX Agents ("Talents").Funnel Management & Conversion Optimisation: You will build a scalable talent funnel (from top-of-funnel through to activation) and continuously optimise campaigns with regard to budget, based on CPL, CAC, CTR, and ROI.Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding: You will strengthen our employer brand for "Talents", develop authentic messaging for freelancers, and ensure an attractive and credible brand presence.Content & Touchpoint Optimisation: Working closely with our Talent Marketplace Recruiting Team, you will optimise landing pages and content for maximum conversion, and strategically deploy content, ads, and affiliate channels to build a sustainable pipeline.Data Analysis & Reporting: You will track and analyse campaign performance, drive data-based optimisations, manage budgets, and regularly present ROI and recommendations to internal stakeholders.Your skillsetBackground: You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a comparable qualification - although a degree is not mandatory.
