UK Sales Director

to spearhead our expansion in the UK, with a focus on

developing new business ,

establishing our UK brand , and leading our

UK AI and Software Development Hub . What you will be doing: Shape the UK Service Offering:

Align our core services – AI-enabled software development, AI transformation, and offshore teams – with UK market opportunities. Develop a Go-To-Market Strategy:

Build and implement a tailored strategy to launch and grow our UK presence. Drive New Business:

Implement the go-to-market strategy as a hands-on sales leader, with support from the sales team, focusing on new logo acquisition. Build Brand Authority:

Collaborate with marketing to establish DevOn as a trusted AI consulting and offshore software development provider. Account Management & Client Satisfaction:

We work tirelessly to keep our clients happy, retaining our customers for twice as long as the industry average in software development, and we’re looking to do the same in the UK. Co-Creating and Delivering Proposals:

Work with prospective and current clients to build bespoke proposals that align with their requirements, leveraging a strong team of pre-sales consultants and subject matter experts. Lead the UK Team:

Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales, marketing, and delivery team. Shape Marketing Assets:

Develop impactful sales and marketing materials, including case studies and client testimonials. Events:

Work with our Chief AI & Data Officer, CTO, and other thought leaders to host internal DevOn events – webinars, roundtables – as well as representing DevOn at external industry events. What we’re looking for: A proven track record leading

new business development

and

go-to-market strategy Experience in

solution sales , with specific experience

selling offshore software development

services (experience with AI/ML, Nearshoring, Agile, or DevOps transformations is a plus). Success in launching and growing new brands or service offerings, including event management and brand-building initiatives. Leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire a dynamic team.
