About the Job
InterMedia Advertising is seeking a
Data Analyst
to support data-driven decision-making across advertising operations by managing campaign performance data, developing analytical reports, and delivering actionable insights. This role manages SQL-based workflows, maintains core database structures, ingests external media files, and delivers accurate daily and weekly reporting. The analyst will collaborate closely with
Account Executives, Data Engineering, Tracking and Traffic Teams
to ensure accurate reporting, performance tracking, and strategic insights that enhance campaign outcomes and business performance.
Process large datasets related to advertising campaigns, audience engagement, and marketing performance. Upload, process, and validate external data files such as call logs, sale Files, audience measurement files, attribution data, and partner-provided datasets. Maintain and update SQL databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and proper documentation of schema changes. Document processes, data flows, and troubleshooting steps to support team knowledge and continuity. Collaboration & Agile Delivery:
Produce and distribute daily and weekly performance reports for TV campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Troubleshoot discrepancies in campaign data, reporting outputs, or delivery metrics raised by Account Executives or clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of client-facing outputs. Media & Advertising Analytics:
Analyze campaign performance metrics including impressions, CTR, conversions, audience segmentation, and engagement. Monitor campaign performance and generate data-driven recommendations for optimization and budget allocation. Dashboard Development & Visualization:
Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI to track marketing and advertising performance. Present insights through visual storytelling that supports marketing and executive decision-making. Investigate and resolve data visualization issues or reporting issues raised by Account Executives. Required Technical Skills:
BI & Visualization Tools. Microsoft Power BI. Microsoft Excel. Programming & Query Languages:

MS Office Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in media, marketing, or advertising analytics. Strong SQL skills, including writing queries, joins, aggregations, and debugging. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Experience developing marketing dashboards and performance reporting systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment driven by campaign timelines and client needs. Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, and related fields.
