The BI Engineer utilizes industry standard data tools and methods for extracting, transforming and loading data into a central data platform. This role provides expertise in data stewardship within the central data platform, across enterprise systems and data pipelines.

Business Intelligence and Reporting Create, automate and manage integrations with existing company and vendor data systems. Create and document data for reporting and analytical use cases. Work with a team to manage a collection of company data models. Support teams of analysts and perform development iterations to existing pipelines and in the creation of new data sets. Participate in analysis and engineering projects including data pipeline development, system integration, data mining, machine learning and AI applications. Develop and maintain cloud-based enterprise scale infrastructure practices and data architectures Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide appropriate solutions. Communicate complex data findings in an easy-to-understand manner for non-technical stakeholders. Ensure that all reports and dashboards meet business requirements and provide reliable insights. Continuous Improvement and Optimization
Continuously improve BI solutions, optimizing for performance, speed, and scalability. Stay current with industry best practices, BI trends, and emerging technologies. Identify and implement improvements to streamline data reporting processes. Supervisory Responsibilities

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field. Experience working with structured query language, SQL is required. Two to five years' experience with the following is desirable; Azure Cloud Services, MSSQL Databases, Databricks, Python, C#, PowerBI. General
