Here is what success looks like your first year: 30 Days: Read and review “The Data Warehouse Toolkit” by Ralph Kimball Participate and contribute to group training plan Shadow other data engineers to learn the implementation process and tasks required throughout our projects. Be assigned to a project and support tasks. 90 Days: Independently own, architect and implement customer solutions. Build data standards and templates and train team on value and adoption. 6 months: Fully involved in project and support efforts and be a contributing member of project teams and long-term client support Achieve a Microsoft certification Achieve a 75% customer engagement rate by the beginning of six-month period. The base salary range for this role is $126,500 – $160,000 + performance-based bonus program. Eligibility and payout are tied to individual contributions, team performance, and company success. This is the established pay range for the Senior Data Engineer roles at JourneyTeam on the Data & AI Solutions Practice. Final compensation is dependent on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities. In general, new employees can expect to start at the lower end of the range (with opportunity to grow and expand within the organization) Benefits:
