We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a *Salesforce Developer, Systems Engineer, and Solutions Architect*. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background, the ability to design scalable solutions, and hands-on development experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions while ensuring system efficiency, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
* Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using best practices
* Write, test, and deploy high-quality code, including *Apex, SOQL, and Test Classes*
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Perform system integrations and ensure seamless data flow across platforms
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance
* Maintain documentation for system architecture and development processes
* Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce best practices
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Architect)
* Experience with API integrations and third-party systems
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control systems
*Required Qualifications*
* Proven experience in Salesforce development and architecture
* Strong proficiency in:
* *Java*
* *Visual C++*
* *SOQL*
* *Salesforce Test Classes*
* Experience with *Visual Studio Code* and modern development tools
* Solid understanding of system design, integrations, and cloud-based architectures
* Ability to manage multiple roles (development, engineering, and architecture) effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* *Fluent in English (written and verbal communication required)*
Pay: $110,000.00 per year
