Job Responsibilities: • Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications. • Modify existing databases and database management systems or direct programmers and analysts to make changes. • Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions.
Skills: • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. • Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time. • Basic knowledge of logical data modeling and physical data modeling. • Basic knowledge of computer software, such as SQL, Visual Basic, Oracle, etc.
Education/Experience: • Associate's degree in computer programming or a relevant field required. Bachelor's degree preferred. • 2-4 years experience required.
Additional Role Details: Candidates should be submitted at the non-probationary bill rate, any offers made will be made with a $4 reduction. Closer to the 6 month date supplier's may submit a bill rate increase to update to the non-probationary rate.
