Job Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction. Set up and configure hardware, software, and peripherals. Provide hands-on and remote troubleshooting support to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues - including updates. Provide basic training on computer use and software applications. Documenting processes and procedures used in troubleshooting. Contribute to IT projects (such as migrations and/or software implementation(s). Job Requirements:
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent experience At least 1 year of related experience or training Organizational, communication, customer service & people skills required Flexible to work overtime/weekends as required

Total compensation for this position is $22 to $28 per hour.
