Social Media Coordinator

Reach Records is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join and support the Digital Marketing Manager in executing Reach Records' social media strategies. the role will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day social media operations. This includes organic content capturing and editing, maintaining calendars across multiple channels, scheduling posts, copywriting, community engagement, and tracking performance metrics. This role ensures that Reach Records' social presence is consistent, engaging, and aligned with both current and long-term goals, enabling the Digital Marketing Manager to focus on high-level strategy, analytics, and partner relationships. The Social Media Coordinator is a key contributor to the execution of Reach Records' campaigns and plays a critical role in adapting quickly to platform trends and new features to keep Reach Records' artists at the cutting edge. Success in this role is defined by consistent and creative content output that supports artist tone, high-impact posts that drive follower growth, and increased streams. The ideal candidate is adaptable, innovative, and able to stay ahead of trends.How You Will Shape the Narrative: Ensure Consistent Content Execution: Maintain and publish artist and label content as scheduled, ensuring alignment with Reach Records' brand and social media strategy.Engage and Grow the Community: Actively engage with followers, monitor conversations, and manage influencer outreach to build a strong community.Support Data-Driven Strategy: Assist in tracking social media performance and trends, providing insights that contribute to strategy adjustments and long-term planning.What You Will Be Working On: Organic Content Capture & Editing: Attend content shoots to capture organic video and photo assets for artist and label social media. Quickly ideate and execute engaging social content in real time, ensuring posts are relevant, and optimized for each platform. Content Scheduling & Publishing: Organize and schedule content across social media platforms according to the artist and label content calendars, ensuring timely and accurate postings.Copywriting: Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various channels.Community Engagement: Monitor comments, respond to messages, and escalate relevant insights to the Social Media Manager, helping to foster a strong connection with Reach Records' audience.
