The Role As part of the Transform Together Consulting team, you will be engaging with industry-leading companies at an operational and strategic level. You will be working with senior leaders and CxOs as a strategic partner to help provide structure, knowledge, and insight into the best methods to deliver their transformation agenda. This typically involves taking a business objective from discovery through to adoption into BAU, utilizing a combination of agile and traditional project and change management techniques. We put a large focus on internal advocacy; you will get real responsibility and accountability from the outset. You tell us how far you want to go; it's our job to get you there. About You Minimum of 5 years Business Analysis experience Financial Services experience across Investments, Insurance, Asset Management, or Wealth Management Understanding of process mapping methodologies (SIPOC, BPMN, etc.) Experience identifying and automating opportunities through business process analysis Works closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders Understanding and experience in utilizing modern data analytics, governance, and migration approaches Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills A natural collaborative approach to your work, able to bring consensus within challenging stakeholder groups Deep understanding of the mechanisms and tools to manage successful delivery from both traditional and agile perspectives Understanding of Lean methodology (Six Sigma qualification desirable but not required) Experience in data visualization techniques and implementation of digital dashboards Experience of developing and writing business cases in line with financial and technical requirements Ability to facilitate change management processes in line with scope and requirements A positive, can-do attitude, strong team ethos, and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment Aligned and believe in the Transform Together values Seniority level
