*Position Summary:*
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the production and integration of a next-generation Navy Tactical Communication System. You will be responsible for ensuring that all production activities across multiple sites are executed seamlessly, on schedule, and within budget. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of production management, and the ability to coordinate complex, multi-site projects.
*Minimum Requirements:*
* *Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance* (required)
* *Bachelor’s degree* in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
* *PMP Certification Preferred*
* *Minimum of 10 years of experience *in production coordination or project management within the defense or aerospace industry.
* *Must have direct experience with tactical communication systems, C4ISR, or similar U.S. Navy programs*
* Proven experience with project management principles, including schedule and budget management for complex technical projects.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% to both CONUS and OCONUS sites.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Liaise with all production sites to monitor and track progress against project milestones and deadlines.
* Develop, maintain, and manage the overall production schedule, identifying and mitigating potential delays.
* Monitor project expenditures and ensure all production activities remain within the allocated budget. Report on financial status and variances.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all site leads, program managers, and government counterparts regarding production status.
* Proactively identify risks to schedule, budget, or quality, and work with teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
* Prepare and present regular status reports, performance metrics, and financial summaries to senior management and government stakeholders.
* Support program objectives through required travel to various production sites.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
