We are building a high-performance residential service team and are looking for someone who can operate independently, build trust with clients, and help grow the plumbing side of our business.

What You'll Be Doing
* Diagnose plumbing issues in homes and businesses
* Perform repairs, replacements, and installations
* Install fixtures, water heaters, valves, and piping
* Recommend additional plumbing improvements where appropriate
* Communicate clearly with homeowners about problems and solutions
* Maintain clean, professional job sites
* Ensure all work meets Montana plumbing code and quality standards
What We're Looking For
* *Active Master Plumber License (Required)*
* Strong plumbing service experience
* Ability to diagnose plumbing issues quickly and accurately
* Professional communication with homeowners
* Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
* Ability to work independently and manage service calls
Huge Plus (Heavily Considered)
* *Experience selling plumbing work or recommending repairs/upgrades to homeowners*
* Service plumbing background
* Estimating or quoting plumbing work in the field
* Strong customer service skills
