Requirements: Knowledge, skills, and abilities:Ability to consistently promote, support, work, and act in a manner in support of MGMA’s mission, vision, and values.Strong technical aptitude with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and ticketing systems (Jira/Atlassian preferred)Experience with sales efficiency tools used for communication and research (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Chorus, and RingCentral preferred).Advanced Excel skills for data validation, cross-referencing, and reporting with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Familiarity with Product/Software Development LifecycleAbility to develop strong working relationships with key external stakeholders and across all internal teams.A proactive approach to solving operational challenges and improving processes.Ability to work independently while proactively communicating priorities and alignment with manager.Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and working effectively across teams.A passion for leveraging technology to drive sales success.Experience:Two (2) or more years of experience in sales operations, CRM reporting, or technology management.Hands-on experience with sales tech platforms (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Chorus).Familiarity with Power BI, advanced Excel functionality, and SharePoint site management. Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:Must have reliable transportation.Must have a valid driver’s license.Working environmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
