Job Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing, enhancing, and supporting our clients' business processes and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gathering client-specific requirements and translating them into effective solutions. Leveraging your expertise in process analysis, problem-solving, and technical skills, you will contribute to successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Providing Production Support for existing clients, including analyzing bugs/defects, performing root cause analysis, working on new enhancements, and supporting training and documentation of new features for new releases. Using Process Analysis techniques, including conducting As-Is process analysis, To-Be Process Analysis, creating Business Process models, defining Business Rules, and facilitating Process Walkthroughs. Performing Problem Solving, which involves conducting Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Testing. Gathering client-specific business requirements and translating them effectively to the developers. Recommending requirement changes or improvements based on analysis. Participating in working sessions to assess the production readiness of applications and/or requirements. Writing detailed business functional requirements documents. Creating Test Cases and Test Data for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performing both back-end and front-end validations as part of the testing process. Performing other assigned duties as required. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent or relevant work experience. Apply knowledge of the software engineering life cycle for development and implement effective information systems. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of business and business skills to analyze requirements and propose practical solutions. Employ a systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving, utilizing structured methodologies and frameworks. Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in analysis, documentation, and testing. Prioritize experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, showcasing successful project delivery and stakeholder collaboration. Apply industry-specific expertise in Healthcare, Workers Compensation, or Insurance, leveraging knowledge of processes and regulations. Utilize SQL for data analysis, proficiently querying databases and generating insights to support business analysis.
